everyday! It seems as though every PS3 hater comes to the conclusion that because they can find a PS3 that it simply isn't selling! How can anyone automatically come to that conclusion is simple biased and/or hatered,nothing more. I think he probably knows a fair amount more about what we've moved on to than just about any of the folks here. His comments about early 3D accelerators were bang on. As he points out, in most cases, the addons that accelerate stuff mean more work for the programmer. Yes, you can do more, but it takes more work rather than less. As a programmer, obviously, he'd rather be able to develop a game fairly simply than have to do a lot of custom tuning for each target.

very few are objective to anything on this site which is sad because we are all here because we enjoy games! It's obvious that most people are more about consoles, CPU/GPU specs, and companies than games.
MS is taking Nintendo seriously! Nintendo has done a great job with the launch of the Wii and the continued success with the DS! 4million in 5weeks is alot more than anyone thought possible!

But as you seem to think I am a PS3 type of gamer but, I do own all three consoles and RIGHT NOW I am very strongly in favor of what Nintendo has given me as a gamer in the Wii. Right Now Nintendo has made the biggest splash and holds ALL the momentum ( www.vgcharts.org )
I think PS3 will take the lead coming out of the 07 holiday season, but theres alot of time from now til then...
If they are in stock then they are in stock. Who cares. These anecdotal reports from forum goers or blog sites mean absolutely nothing until sales figures are released again. They've already outdone the effort of the original Playstation and Playstation 2 in the same amount of time, and people are expecting consoles priced at $500 ,and $600 dollars to fly off the shelves faster then they've already been?
